This lovely villa is in a convenient location on the small Vinelands development near the beach of Pissouri Bay. There are a number of shops and tavernas at the beach, as well as a variety of water sports and other activities. The villa is set in mature gardens, but open at the rear which has beautiful sea views. The pool is particularly large, measuring 11m x 7m, and is surrounded by a paved sitting and barbecue area. The sitting area is furnished with two leather sofas and armchair. Glass doors lead onto the patio/pool area. There is a satellite television and DVD player.

The kitchen has a combined fitted oven and microwave, dishwasher and cold water dispenser. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the separate utility room.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has king sized bed and en suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and the main family bathroom is also upstairs with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. There is an additional downstairs cloakroom.
